Spacious 2BHK, ideal for families or groups. Just a short walk to Candolim Beach & Newton’s Supermarket.
Each unit has 2 AC bedrooms, living room (no AC) with Smart TV, private balcony, basic kitchen (gas stove, utensils, fridge – no microwave or mixer), and bathroom with hot water. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided.
Enjoy access to 7 swimming pools (9 AM–6 PM), free gated parking (shared, 1 car per unit), and on-site caretaker support.
House Rules:
Check-in 2 PM, Check-out 11 AM. Early/late possible with fee. Smoking & alcohol allowed. Drugs banned. Visitors allowed with ID. Quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM. No loud music or parties.
Pool Rules: Swimwear required, shower before entry, no food/drinks/smoking near pool (₹500 fine). No lifeguard – swim at your own risk.
Kitchen: Keep clean (₹500 fine if dirty). No strong-smelling foods (₹1000 fine). Housekeeping on request (2–5 PM).
