Welcome to Goveia Suites, just a 12-minute walk from Candolim Beach, located opposite KFC in a peaceful lane. Perfect for couples, small families, or digital nomads seeking an affordable, functional stay.

Choose from Studio or 1BHK apartments with AC bedroom, private balcony, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. The basic kitchen setup includes a single burner gas stove, essential utensils (tava, frying pan, saucepan, tea strainer, etc.), fridge, and tea-making tools.

Enjoy access to the shared swimming pool (9 AM to 6 PM; swimwear required). Caretaker is available on-site, and housekeeping can be arranged between 2–5 PM.

Free, first-come-first-served parking is available in the gated complex with security.

We welcome pets and kids of all ages.

Please note: No electric appliances (mixer, microwave, washing machine), no consumables (tea, oil, etc.). No parties, loud music (quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM). Guests must clean the kitchen or pay a ₹500 cleaning fee. No lifeguard—swim at your own risk.
